CRE8® WEB BASED ON-LINE ON-DEMAND WORKSHOPS
CRE8-the-future on-line, on-demand, workshops are designed to provide high quality consulting expertise to organizations at a lower cost by saving them the time and costs associated with traveling to conferences. Workshops are designed to be viewed by non-technical and technical executives, management and staff.
Current CRE8 Workshops:
How To Plan For Process Innovation And Advanced Paperless Technologies (Now Available). - Click for workshop detail)
How To Gain Rapid Process Improvement Through Procedural Changes And Technologies Already Owned By An Organization (Now Available) - Click for Keynote)
Complex Computer (Including Legacy System) Replacement Planning Strategies (Starts March 1st, 2009 - Agenda will be posed soon)
Section I - All workshop "keynotes are free of charge". Keynotes are designed to be viewed by executives, managers, and staff; non-technical and technical. The CRE8 keynotes are a great "free" way to get everyone in the organization associated with the benefits of planning. Attendees can view the keynote as many times as they wish and forward it to those who may benefit.
The remaining sections of the workshop are "for fee" and are designed to provide in-depth knowledge to the project team (non-technical or technical). Attendees can log into and view the presentations as many times as they wish over a period of two months and may print out a copy of the slides. Many organizations enroll the entire project team in the workshop, before starting the project so that everyone is on the "same page" regarding how to plan, before the project begins.
