This highly acclaimed on-line, on-demand workshop provides an in-depth discussion of Process Innovation And Advanced Paperless Technology. The workshop provides valuable information for those planning to implement new or expand current paperless technology systems. It is designed to be viewed by executives, management, supervisors, staff, information services, records, legal, and finance; and is split into eight sections so it can be viewed overtime.

Section I Keynote of Workshop

I.
Free Keynote: Why Process Innovation & Advanced Paperless Technologies (20 Minutes).  Section I of the CRE8 workshop will discuss why process innovation is a critical factor in successfully implementing advanced paperless technologies and why paperless technologies are important. Major categories of paperless technology (capture, recognition, imaging, electronic document management, electronic content management, workflow and COLD/ERP) are overviewed.  Planning requirements for process innovation and paperless technologies are discussed.  High level case studies are presented. Sections II to VIII of the Workshop are overviewed. 

The Keynote is a great "free" way to get everyone in the organization introduced to the the benefits of paperless technologies.  Attendees can view the keynote as many times as they wish and forward it to those who may benefit.

FULL WORKSHOP SECTIONS II TO VIII ($495)

II.
Guide To Strategic Planning.  Section II of the CRE8 Workshop will discuss strategic planning lessons learned though independent consultant review of successful and failed systems.  Specific examples will be provided and discussed.  This section is 20 minutes.

IIIHow To Diagnose Your Organization's Paperless Technology Enterprise, Department, and Major Functional Area Requirements Through Development Of An Enterprise Wide Study and Plan.  This section is 25 minutes.
IV.Definitions And Advancements Paperless Technologies. Section IV of the CRE8 Workshop will discuss definitions, abilities, and risks of capture, scanning, recognition, forms processing, imaging, electronic document management (EDM), electronic content management (ECM), electronic signatures, workflow, and computer output technologies (COLD / ERP).  This section will present these technologies from a non-vendor specific perspective. This section is divided into two sections.  Section A is 35 minutes.  Section B is 15 Minutes.


V.
Steps To Blueprint Operation, Application, Workflow, Process & Records Requirements.  Section V of the CRE8 Workshop will discuss why it is important to understand the underlying process before implementing workflow technologies, how to blueprint current processes, identify process stress points (areas in need of change), and how to assess process activities and cost. This section is 25 minutes. 

VI.
How To Redesign Operation, Application, Workflow, and Records. Section VI of the CRE8 Workshop will discuss how to reduce structural issues/ stress points in processes and align processes with organizational goals. This section will demonstrate the types of process changes (interventions) possible through procedural change (non technology), current technology change (technologies owned) and new technologies (e.g. new paperless technologies, new data system). Three case studies will be presented. This section is 25 minutes. 

VII.
Discussion Of Process Change and Technology Roll Out Strategies.  Section VII of the CRE8 Workshop will discuss how to develop a change action plan and key points in development of an application design/ RFP.  This section is 15 minutes.

VIII.
Concluding Comments

Sections II to VIII of the on-line, on demand Process Innovation and Advanced Paperless Technology Workshop are priced at $495 USD per person. The workshop is a great value as there are no travel and lodging costs required "as are required if one had to travel to a conference"  Another important value is that a "paid attendee" can log into and view all sections of the workshop as many times as they wish over a period of two months and may print out a copy of the slides.

SPEAKER BIOGRAPHY - GEORGE DUNN - PRESIDENT OF CRE8 INDEPENDENT CONSULTANTS

George Dunn, President CRE8

Mr. George Dunn, President Of CRE8, is a worldwide recognized consultant, speaker, instructor, contributing editor, and author on paperless technologies,  business process innovation, and complex computer replacement strategies.

Mr. Dunn has over twenty five years in the industry with leading organizations such as CRE8 Incorporated, GTE, Wang Labs, and KPMG Peat Marwick. Mr.  Dunn is an accredited: Certified Business Process Re-engineer, Certified Workflow Specialist, Management Consultant, EDP Auditor, and former CPA.  He has served as an advisor to the Worldwide Workflow Standards Board for the Association of Information and Image (AIIM) and as Board member and Director of Education for the Pacific Northwest Chapter of AIIM.

On the personal side: George is a multiple time masters wrestling freestyle and greco-roman world medalist.  Recently he took up Salsa dancing and in his spare time, when not consulting or teaching, he is competing and dancing around the world. 

George founded CRE8 Independent Consultants in 1993 to help organizations blueprint, understand, and redesign their operations/ processes; and plan for new advanced computer technologies.
