I was privileged to attend the Process Innovation & Advanced Paperless Technology Workshop and Conference at the SeaTac Marriott. It was a great conference. It served as a good refresher to the industry in addition to giving me my first real exposure to E-Commerce. I thank you for your time and effort in making this conference a possibility. Chuck Cary's presentation on Metadata was the best so far in a series of excellent conferences.

Charles Dollar's discussion of Electronic Records made excellent points which will help me present records management point of view to the staff in my organization, ICBC.

Electronic Signatures (Mike Laurie - Silanis ) was the best of all I attended at this conference, CNA Life.

I could of participated in the workshop a whole week. Great job I learned a lot. The Day One Conference had great speakers, good variety. Seattle Municipal Court.

The workshop (CRE8 Process Innovation) allowed for participation, exercises, training, and learning. It was very interesting and relevant information. Steve Davis, Micron.

Great job of taking my attention away from the technology and towards processes.
