I was privileged to attend the Process Innovation & Advanced Paperless Technology Workshop and Conference at the SeaTac Marriott. It was a great conference. It served as a good refresher to the industry in addition to giving me my first real exposure to E-Commerce. I thank you for your time and effort in making this conference a possibility. Chuck Cary's presentation on Metadata was the best so far in a series of excellent conferences.

Charles Dollar's discussion of Electronic Records made excellent points which will help me present records management point of view to the staff in my organization, ICBC.

Electronic Signatures (Mike Laurie - Silanis ) was the best of all I attended at this conference, CNA Life.

Jeetu Patel's (Doculabs) presentation on e-commerce was excellent and informative.

Guest speakers from Seattle City Light (Glenn Namatame) and Alaska Marine Lines (Alex Mckallor) were excellent.

Great job of taking my attention away from the technology and towards processes.

I appreciated Charles Dollar's (Cohasset  Associates) knowledge and throughout discussion of Planning For Electronic Records. Snohomish County

I can put this information (workshop) to use immediately- well presented and prepared.
