Provide education.  Teach staff and executives, steps and methods to support process analysis, redesign, and change.  Attendees consistently evaluate CRE8 educational as excellent and many receive continuing education credits.

Recommend overall plan for process analysis and redesign. Process improvement approaches range from RODI(Rapid Organizational Diagnostic And Improvement) where a skilled CRE8 consultant leads your team quickly through steps of process improvement to LEAN Six Sigma where we train your staff and provide coaching assistance.

Organizational blueprint and redesign of processes. Blueprint, confirm, and diagnose processes. Assess process "stress points or defects". Redesign process utilizing interventions ranging from "free" "(procedural changes / currently owned technologies) to "cost" (new technologies). Establish new process measurements.

Create change action plan to drive process change responsibilities and dates.
